Sep 22 to 30, Li Xiaozhen, General Manager of BIDR, paid a visit to the Water Resources Department of Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR). A work conference is held between BIDR and the the Water Resources Department of TAR. It is expected this vist will lay a solid foundation for cooperation between BIDR and TAR.
